RESOURCE FAIR ‘VIRTUAL EXHIBIT HALL’ AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We wanted to share information about our College Conference Resource Fair which is scheduled to occur between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. PACIFIC on both days of the Conference (09/26 and 09/27)

Virtual exhibitor hall – help exhibitors create business opportunities

Yes, a virtual booth is possible! You can still give a great opportunity for your exhibitors to promote their organizations and products through custom profiles with product photos, in-app coupons, giveaways, and raffles. Attendees can leave comments, request information, and sign up for exhibitors’ newsletters all through the Whova app. Exhibitors can identify people of interest with attendee SmartProfiles, send messages, and promote their business in the Community Board. By clicking on exhibitor profiles, attendees can explore each virtual booth for an overview of the company, viewing their videos, attending the livestreams, reading the description, contact information, and accessing any promotional offers. Once the livestreams and videos are set up, they will also be shown as a special topic in the community board to attract more attention. Exhibitors can upload videos and livestreams from both the web and mobile apps, and even set the videos to autoplay the moment attendees enter their virtual booths. Incorporating these videos allows exhibitors to engage with attendees right away, showcasing their company and speaking openly with attendees viewing their livestreams, as they would be able to at an in-person conference.

To sweeten the pot, Let’s Talk LD will open a small number of Live Zoom Rooms between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on both Saturday, September 26, and Sunday, September 27 to allow Resource Fair participants an opportunity to speak live to their audience. These Live Zoom Rooms will be available on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS. Again, we are limiting access to the live Zoom Rooms, and accepting Exhibitor 'reservations' on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE basis. All 'exhibitors' will have access to the Virtual Exhibit Hall features. A select few exhibitors will be granted a Live Zoom Room reservation where they will be able to interact with folks live for a THIRTY-MINUTE PERIOD between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., on either Saturday or Sunday. If you are interested in moving forward, please complete the attached form and remit the $25.00 fee. Your application is not complete until the form is complete, and your fee is remitted. Only 32 Live Zoom Room spots will be available. An unlimited number of Exhibit Hall Spaces are available. You will be notified if you were able to receive a reservation for a Live Zoom Room.
