2022 College + Career Conference
Community Building and Activism to Strengthen Self-Determination:

Closing Equity, Opportunity, and Achievement Gaps

for Neurodivergent Youth and Young Adults

The Let’s Talk LD College + Career Planning and Transition Conference is one of the only free multi-day conferences in the nation that is designed and produced SPECIFICALLY for neurodivergent youth and young adults (and the family members, allies, and transition professionals who support them). Our conference was created to address the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals as they navigate their post-secondary planning and transition journey, and pursue academic, job and career, and civic engagement opportunities.

This year's College + Career Conference theme is Community Building and Activism to Strengthen Self-Determination: Closing Equity, Opportunity, and Achievement Gaps for Neurodivergent Youth and Young Adults.
